Your certificate will be sent or emailed to you promptly. Gift Certificates recipient has 6 months from date of purchase to make their reservation and take their flight. BiPlaneFun.com has a 30-day refund policy. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee. After 30 days from date of purchase, no refunds allowed. Passenger weight & size does matter: Maximum waist size is 46". If weight exceeds 250 pounds inform us when scheduling for weight & balance allowances.
